Deliveries within the U.K only and will be via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Postal Charges
We believe in no nonsense online shopping. The price of the product is what you pay. There will be no hidden postage charges lurking at the end of your shopping trip with us.
Card Payment Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.
Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and Urbanrace Limited reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 7-days after you receive the goods. This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. We ask you to return the goods in their original condition securely wrapped. You must also pay the postage for returning the goods.
You will be refunded the cost of the goods and the initial cost of shipping the goods to you (unless free shipping was obtained at the point of sale).
If payment of the goods is not made it will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the goods are not returned after cancellation, they will be collected at your expense. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty goods
All goods sent out are checked before dispatch. If you find goods to be faulty, we would ask you to first contact us for advice and then return the goods for inspection. When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to the address below. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us.
