The urbanrace team is passionate about multisport. Our common goal is to create top quality events in which people can challenge themselves and have a great deal of fun.

A huge amount of work goes into creating a multisport event, much of it unseen, but most importantly our sport can only exist thanks to the individuals who turn out to marshal events.

We require event day marshals for a range of duties and we would like to hear from you. Loyal marshals on our team will be offered the opportunity to become a member of our company share plan; an innovative scheme aimed at rewarding those individuals who give their time and enable our sport to take place.

What will I get if I volunteer?

What will I have to do if I volunteer?

A variety of different areas need to be covered on event day, be it controlling a swim area, directing athletes in transition, observing the bike and run courses or helping at registration.

What experience do I need to become a marshal?

No experience is necessary as training will be given. Just bring along a smiley face and your enthusiasm for sport.
